Jessica Simpson performed at the final night of the Strawberry Festival Sunday night in Plant City, Fla., sporting really tiny cutoff shorts, a plaid shirt, and a white bustier-type undershirt. She's come a long way from those mom jeans she wore a couple of months ago.
